| I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is located at the terminus of Apollo Parkway in an otherwise undeveloped area. The wellhead and battery are located approximately 500 feet to the south, after entry to the lease road. Surroundings include well developed trees and vegetation.  My inspection noted the following: The well is comprised of a wellhead pump jack and tank battery with 1 210-barrel production tank and 1 100-barrel brine tank. At the time of my inspection, the area is covered with up to 14 inches of snow and, as such, elements of the system are obscured with snow cover. Connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Evaluation of battery interior, lease road condition, and other surficial features is not possible due to snow cover.

| I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 10/14/2004. The unit is producing and production reports are current.  Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system. The wellhead and battery are located in a isolated area of mature, wild vegetation. The well and battery are accessed via a short, gravel-paved road which extends eastward from the existing terminus of Apollo Parkway. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 210-barrel production tank,  1 100-barrel, steel brine tank, and horizontal separators. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery. No problems requiring attention at the time of this inspection.
