0230650850 2016-02-26 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with pump jack system and tank battery comprised of one 210-barrel steel tank, one 100-barrel steel tank, a mechanical separator. Fittings and connections were bull-plugged and secure. Fittings and c connections at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The access road is partially flooded due to the location of the well in a low-lying area. Management including placement of additional fill material along the access roadway may be warranted to maintain accessibility. I notified the well owner about the access road condition.
0991584674 2017-12-12 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated battery. The load line valves were locked and the ID signage had been updated. I did note that there was no enclosure at the wellhead or battery and will discuss with the owner the reason for the missing enclosure.
1357989879 2015-02-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is located at the terminus of Apollo Parkway in an otherwise undeveloped area. The wellhead and battery are located approximately 500 feet to the south, after entry to the lease road. Surroundings include well developed trees and vegetation. My inspection noted the following: The well is comprised of a wellhead pump jack and tank battery with 1 210-barrel production tank and 1 100-barrel brine tank. At the time of my inspection, the area is covered with up to 14 inches of snow and, as such, elements of the system are obscured with snow cover. Connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Evaluation of battery interior, lease road condition, and other surficial features is not possible due to snow cover.
1361670784 2009-11-05 Production Wells No Violations No violations were found at the time of inspection.
1407438038 2014-08-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 10/14/2004. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system. The wellhead and battery are located in a isolated area of mature, wild vegetation. The well and battery are accessed via a short, gravel-paved road which extends eastward from the existing terminus of Apollo Parkway. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 210-barrel production tank, 1 100-barrel, steel brine tank, and horizontal separators. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery. No problems requiring attention at the time of this inspection.
1488920223 2017-09-08 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as a follow-up to a previous inspection and associated compliance notice issued for the following issues: the load-lines were no secured with locks. At the time of this inspection, the indicated deficiency had not been remedied. In addition, the identifying signage had remained unchanged since the previous change of ownership and had not been updated to reflect new ownership. Repeated calls to the owner have not produced any demonstrable action or results.
