There was a plug on the manifold line that broke . The Primary containment size is 20 deep by 50' long and 40' wide. This was also setting on a larger containment pad. No release was on soil. Operator had recently repaired the drainage along the west side of the lease road, north end with mesh and seeded the area. The well is currently shut in and being prepped for flow testing. Operator was working on the construction of the tank battery and the separator units. The two impoundments on location were fenced.
