He said this was the first time he has ever received a tax statement and that he has never received royalties for these wells from Stonebridge.

1332332954 2012-03-15 My inspection this day is routine - I found well to be incapable of production. The well is equipped with pumping unit with all valves shut and polish rod rusty. The well is giving off slight H2S odor. The well and tank are both fenced. The tank has good identification, fair dike and a chart with no date - it is not moving and no marks are on it. This well was issued a violation in 4/09 - an inspection in 12/09 shows the well still idle yet company has turned in production for that year and 2010. Pictures taken.
1336155018 2012-05-04 I received a call from Alva Heiss, landowner, about idle wells with H2S. He says wells have not produced in years, that they have H2S on them, and he has NEVER received royalty payments. Having just inspected this well, I told him what I found. He says he just wants the wells plugged. I explained his options and suggested he have lawyer break the lease - that would be the quickest way to get the wells plugged. He agreed.

1353350156 2012-11-19 I received a call from Alva Heiss concerning H2S producing well. Upon inspection, I found well to be incapable of production. The well is equipped with pumping unit and all valves shut. The polish rod rusty. The well has H2S corrosion/scaling and is giving off slight H2S odor, however the gas meter did not pick up any H2S. The well and tank are both fenced, and the tank has no legible identification. There is a meter box with a chart dated Sept. 15 - it is not moving and no marks are on it. This well was issued a violation in 4/09 - an inspection in 12/09 shows the well still idle yet company has turned in production for 2009-2012. Landowner has stated the well has never produced gas during these years. Pictures taken. Stonebridge shall plug well. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond.
1353424677 2012-11-19 I accompanied Jake Glascock on a request for inspection of a possible H2S well. We met with the landowner Alva Heiss, he showed us this well, using our gas meters, no H2S was found. Mr. Heiss had us look at 4 other wells on his property, Jake has written reports on these wells.
