| This inspection was a follow up inspection on a previous inspection. The dump line leading into the 100 barrel production tank had been properly repaired and was not leaking any more. The oil had been cleaned off of the side of the tank. The gravel around the base of the tank that had been saturated with oil had been removed.

| My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.

| My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well head was surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery was surrounded by a locked chain link fence and a proper dike. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel steel production tank and a mechanical separator. The separator had a seven day production chart in the meter box. The union on the dump line at the top of the 100 barrel tank is leaking. There is a small amount of crude oil running down the side of the tank and a little on the ground at the base of the tank. The company was notified and I told them to have the line fixed and the area cleaned up. They were given until 2/11/13 to do so. The lease road was in good condition.
