| My inspection found the well pad built.  The lease road was compacted and covered with gravel.  Part of the lease road was the landowner's driveway.  Drainage controls were in place with a properly installed silt fence.  There was a creek to the north of the well site with a new culvert.  An identification sign was posted at the entrance of the lease road.  I spoke to the field supervisor, Tim Cosma at 330-853-9565.  The Poulson Rig is due to move onto location on 3/25/2013.

| I was on location for a preliminary restoration inspection.  I found during my inspection the pumpjack in production.  There was a barb wire fence surrounding the pumpjack.  The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator.  A bull plug was installed on the load line.  A dike surrounded the tank battery.  An identification was properly posted.  There was a 7 day production chart at the separator.  The well site was properly graded.  Vegetation was well established.  The lease road was in excellent condition.  The pits were closed and all debris removed.  Drainage and erosion controls were in place.  All drilling equipment was removed from the well site.  Preliminary restoration passed.

| I witnessed PetroSet cement the conductor casing for Cedar Valley.  The Poulson Rig drilled hole #1 with a size of 14.75 and to a depth of 82'.  The conductor was 11.75" and set at 75'.  PetroSet broke circulation and pumped 115 sacks of Class A cement.  They displaced with 7 barrels of fresh water.  The plug landed at 12:25 pm.  I witnessed a good return of cement to surface.
