The pad has good permanent stabilization, with approximately 70% vegetative stabilization and 30% rock stabilization. Filter sock at the site could probably be removed at this point. All 3 wells on the pad, the 2H, 3H, and 8H appear to be in production. All 3 cellars ½ full of water with no bubbling observed. E & S inspections up-to-date. The Department highly recommends that the access road and associated ditches/culverts be cleaned and re-sculpted to maintain efficiency which is critical since the access road has a rather steep grade and sharp turn. All 3 wells on the pad, the 2H, 3H, and 8H appear to be in production. All 3 cellars ½ full of water with no bubbling observed. E & S inspections up-to-date. The Department highly recommends that the access road and associated ditches/culverts be cleaned and re-sculpted to maintain efficiency which is critical since the access road has a rather steep grade and sharp turn. Overall, the site looks good. No violations noted. |
