Functioning low-pressure relief valve. Tank hatch lids shall have a functioning seal and the hatch shall be secured at all times. Functioning lightning arrestor. There was identification posted at the well. A domestic gas supply comes off of the wellhead with an open 2 inch flow line ball valve, two regulators, a 4 inch drip tank and a gas meter. The fencing at the well was waived during the pre-site inspection. The diked tank battery has two storage tanks and a separator. The pick-up lines have plugs and the handles removed. The 210 BBL storage tank was missing the required urban safety equipment. There was an identification sign posted at the tank battery, and was missing the required information per 1501:9-9-05(E)(1)(a-e). The fencing around the tank battery was waived during the pre-site inspection. The access road was stable and shared with landowners driveway. The access road gate was waived during the pre-site inspection.
