0117086212 2011-11-30 Production Wells No Violations The Uniontown office received a call from Rev. John Isaiah (330-836-2209 or 330-571-9264) at 1541 Parkgate Drive in Akron reporting a suspected brine release at the Pace-Price 2-D tank battery or the adjoining Pace Price 1 tank battery operated by Enervest. The inspection found that the tank battery area was under water and one of the tanks was labeled as brine. The low range Quantab detected no chlorides in the standing water. It appears that the standing water is from rainfall and runoff and not from a leaking tank. This information was given to Rev. Isaiah. I also spoke to George Strawn with Everflow about raising the tank battery and constructing an appropriate containment dike.

Visible surface well construction was 1.5 tubing inside of 4.5 production casing. A riser pipe with a two (2) inch ball valve was connected to the 8.625 annular space. I did not see any flow from the riser. A locked chain link fence and earthen dike surrounded the wellhead. I D signage was posted and legible. I did not see any leaks at the wellhead. The tank battery consisted of one (1) 100 barrel stock tank, one (1) 50 barrel steel brine tank and one (1) 2410 horizontal separator. The tank battery was secured with a locked chain link fence. An earthen dike also surrounded the perimeter of the tank battery. The load lines were locked and plugged. I D signage was posted and legible. The gas chart reflected the current production period and showed production cycles. No violations were identified.
