The Loomis 1 is in production and has its associated production equipment located on the upper pad. Black staining is located on this pad near the freshwater impoundment. The staining has a distinctive petroleum odor and will need to be remediated ASAP. Erosion is occurring on the pad fill slopes. No E&S plans on site. A set of plans need to be on site. There is a production line going from the well and it appears that all of the valves are closed with a chain connected to all of the valves with a lock, all the pressure gauges on the well are showing 0psi and there are no tanks on the site. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.
There were no obvious concerns noticed. The well was put on inactive status on 12/7/15. I left the site at 12:35p.m. |
