The wellhead was leak free. The tank battery was shared with JD III # 1 ( 34-153-2-2624) and JD III # 3 ( 34-153-2-2725). The tanks for the tank battery was recessed below grade and was comprised of two (2) 140 barrel tanks, two (2) 100 barrel tanks, three (3) separators ( 2 vertical and 1 horizontal ) and one orifice gas meter. The gas meter had a paper chart which reflected the current production period. Legible I. D. signage was posted at the tank battery. The load lines were plugged. No violations were found during this inspection. |
