0359240881 | 2017-10-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Production records for this well are current to 2017 within RBDMS. |
0910310859 | 2016-01-19 | Surface Facility Construction | No Violations | On this day I was accompanied by Inspector Jim Nicholson. Jim and I were reviewing the slip area that is to be remediated. There was a track hoe working large rocks into the slip area for stabilization. Operations on this pad are on hold until the slip area is approved by the engineering section. |
1075567030 | 2016-01-21 | Surface Facility Construction | No Violations | On this day I was accompanied by Emergency Responder Josh S. Josh and I were reviewing the slip area that is to be remediated. There was a track hoe working large rocks into the slip area for stabilization. Operations on this pad are on hold until the slip area is approved by the engineering section. |
1467137732 | 2018-08-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a three-string casing design with 5.5-inch diameter production casing that appeared to be open flowing with no artificial lift technology. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing gauge read 120 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Separator, Gas Processing unit and four 400-barrel production fluid tanks, and a 50-barrel produced water tank shared with the other producing wells on the well pad. There were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. |
1698847506 | 2016-03-05 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On this day Rocky Mountain had reached a total depth of 110 with the 32 auger bit. The 26 casing was ran and cemented by Stingray Cementing using 290 sack of Class A cement. Cement returns to surface were successful. |
