| Follow up inspection to our meeting with Nucomer on 9/26/18. Since our meeting there has been no progress with the implementation of the ESCGP-2 permit. I telephoned Jim Kuhn and discussed this with him. He agreed to discuss with his colleagues at Nucomer and to contact me to set up another field meeting to make sure they understand what all is required to be installed to come into compliance with their permit. We also discussed their efforts to obtain a new well permit to avoid reclaiming the impoundment and their efforts to construct a permanent production facility. Jim assured me they are working on both of those issues.

This requirement was brought to the attention of the company representative.  According to company rep, the remedial action will be taken when weather permits.
