2615084 | Primary Facility | 2017-07-12 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Talked to Stephen Keyes about status of wells, he said that the wells are shut in until permanent production equipment is installed.
Impoundment has been drawn down since my last inspection, restoring the 2' of freeboard. |
2773418 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-11 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well is on regulatory inactive status. Appears to have been producing recently. Valves from wellhead to temporary production facility are open. Production casing valves are buried in gravel. Will meet on site with company representative at a later date. |
2780157 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-26 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Inspected location. Met representatives of Nucomer Energy LLC to discuss the expired permit, tank installation and proper equipment standards, fluid recovered out of the drip in the gas line, inactive status, and production and mia requirements. The well is currently producing and needs changed to active status in efacts. Newcomer will follow up with the issues addressed. |
2815624 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Follow up inspection to our meeting with Nucomer on 9/26/18. Since our meeting there has been no progress with the implementation of the ESCGP-2 permit. I telephoned Jim Kuhn and discussed this with him. He agreed to discuss with his colleagues at Nucomer and to contact me to set up another field meeting to make sure they understand what all is required to be installed to come into compliance with their permit. We also discussed their efforts to obtain a new well permit to avoid reclaiming the impoundment and their efforts to construct a permanent production facility. Jim assured me they are working on both of those issues. |
2826958 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-15 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Met on site with representative of Nucomer Energy , LLC. Discussed necessary containment required around tanks and removal of gravel from well cellar to expose lower section of well head and surface casing vent. The wells on location are currently producing gas but are recognized by the Department as being on Regulatory Inactive Status. The Department form 8000-FM-OOGM0123 "Notification of Return of Well(s) to Active Status" is required to be submitted to the Department upon the well returning to production. This requirement was brought to the attention of the company representative. According to company rep, the remedial action will be taken when weather permits.
These matters were previously discussed on 09/26/2018 at an on-site meeting between Nucomer and the Department. No remedial action has taken place at this time. |
