| Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 11:35; the weather was ~40°F, calm, and the ground was snow covered. A work area was plowed around the production equipment.
 +

 +
There were 2 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production.
 +
There was a total of 6 well cellars onsite and filled with water; no bubbling was observed. There were 2 each GPUs, produced water tanks, and sand separators onsite and in secondary containment. The containment around the produced water tanks contained a small amount of frozen water.
 +

 +
The snow cover prevented the proper assessment of vegetative cover. However, large amounts of taller grasses and vegetation were visible above the snow. No obvious E&S  issues were observed.
