| Jeremy Rusczyk and I met with Rick Mays (EXCO), Kevin and Kyle Belles (Bower Construction) to review plans for construction of the pad and access road. The access road  (often lying on bedrock) runs for ~ 1 mile and gently moves up contour as it follows a farm track/logging path across a south-facing hillside. The proposed access road is bordered by two small wetlands on the north side of the road.

| The access road is showing some signs of wear and breakdown as the frost comes out of the ground and the native shale top-rock wears but no signs of accelerated E&S (erosion and sedimentation) were noted.  Soils were stabilized with straw mulch since the construction was completed outside the growing season.  A few locations were showing signs of slumping and rain could cause some E&S issues in the coming month.  I recommend keeping an eye on the stabilized slopes and access road.  On the pad, flowback of the 2P 2H well (113-20330) had just been completed and equipment was being broken down.  Field conductivity was between 8,000-13,000 umhos/cm on containment and a vacuum was being used to remove brine from containment before removing the liner for disposal.  The highest specific conductivity noted off containment was 1760 umhos/cm in a small puddle.  I asked the company man (Kevin Voltz) to keep vacuuming off the containment.  No Violations Noted.
