| The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Delaney 651 Well Pad in Sullivan Twp, Tioga County on 2/4/2019 at 1350 hours. The weather was sunny and 57 degrees. A lot of standing water was on the pad from the recent snow melt.
 +
 +
The pad remains well vegetated and stabilized. The site Id sign, E&S plan and onsite inspection log were all at the entrance of the site. The last inspection was conducted by company personnel on 1/29/2019 and noted no issues. PCSM BMPs are functioning and maintained. All fluids field measured on the pad surface were within normal conductivity ranges. Containments onsite were in good shape.
 +
 +
No violations or issues noted today. I departed the site at 1420 hours.
