Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2361866 Primary Facility 2015-04-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted 5 Marcellus Shale wells in production.
2448451 Primary Facility 2016-02-09 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted SWEPI is perforating the 2 Utica wells at this site. Water puddle 10.1 mS/cm field reading today with Hanna soil probe. Infiltration basins in place below well vegetated fill slope. 4 Marcellus wells producing natural gas.
2473709 Primary Facility 2016-04-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2477665 Primary Facility 2016-04-21 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted 5 Marcellus Shale & 2 Utica Shale wells producing natural gas from this pad. Sed basin water 450-650 µS/cm field readings today.
2510239 Primary Facility 2016-08-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2511004 Primary Facility 2016-08-16 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted SWEPI reported high electrical conductivity readings on pad, rock lined ditch, and infiltration basin. I got reading of Or (over range of 19.99 mS/cm) from liquid in infiltration basin.
2620314 Primary Facility 2017-07-27 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2654619 Primary Facility 2017-10-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Cold/ windy at time of inspection.
2698078 Primary Facility 2018-02-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Cool/windy at time of inspection
2835296 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Delaney 651 Well Pad in Sullivan Twp, Tioga County on 2/4/2019 at 1350 hours. The weather was sunny and 57 degrees. A lot of standing water was on the pad from the recent snow melt.

The pad remains well vegetated and stabilized. The site Id sign, E&S plan and onsite inspection log were all at the entrance of the site. The last inspection was conducted by company personnel on 1/29/2019 and noted no issues. PCSM BMPs are functioning and maintained. All fluids field measured on the pad surface were within normal conductivity ranges. Containments onsite were in good shape.

No violations or issues noted today. I departed the site at 1420 hours.
