One brine tank located onsite, appears structurally sound. Drilling completed 1/10/11. Well site restored; therefore, temporary bmp's shall be removed. Observed one 'area' near brine tank that appears recently seeded/mulch no evidence of release during this inspection- but operator shall continue to monitor growth in area near brine tank. Access road stable. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted on well site or access road. |
