Surface pipe (7¿) going set at 1266 ft. with 165 sks 65/35 and 50 sks with Class A. Stratigraphy consisted of coal, shale, sandstone, and limestone. Water recorded at 190 ft. Current depth was at 5370 ft. During site inspection, no E&S or IW issues at the site.
2013595 Primary Facility 2011-10-13 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well drilled and in production. One brine tank located onsite, appears structurally sound. Drilling completed 1/10/11. Well site restored; therefore, temporary bmp's shall be removed. Observed one 'area' near brine tank that appears recently seeded/mulch no evidence of release during this inspection- but operator shall continue to monitor growth in area near brine tank. Access road stable. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted on well site or access road.
2113132 Primary Facility 2012-10-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted During site inspection, no E&S issues were present at the site. The gas well was in production.
