| I entered the site at 09:40, in response to a spill notification phone call I received from Bird Smith (EXCO) at 08:20 this morning. Mr. Smith reported that

approximately 56 barrels of produced water were released to containment from the bottom valve on the Doebler 3H (081-20718) produced water tank. The
