| On July 26th, 2011 I visited this site for a routine inspection.  Drilling had been completed.  The well was in production.  A well tag was present.  The access road was in good condition.  The site was graded, seeded , and mulched.  Growth was sparse in some areas however. 6 tanks were surrounded by a dike. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed during the inspection.

| John Ley , WQS, SWRO was on site to conduct a routine inspection.  There was a security gate located at the entrance to the access road and fencing surrounding the well pad.  At the time of the inspection, the well sign and inspections copies were on site.  Hillsides were stabilized and had good growth on them.  No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were observed on site.

| On April 22, 2010 I visited this site for a routine inspection.  Drilling had been completed and the well was being flared off.  A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted on site.  The access road was in good condition.  The E&S controls were in place according to the plan on site.  The pits appeared to be in good condition.  The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is fully restored.
