Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1821247 Primary Facility 2009-08-18 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted Site constructed, drilling had not commenced at the time of the inspection. Erosion control measures were implemented as outlined in the E&S plan located onsite. The controls implemented should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation, provided they are maintained properly.
1863467 Primary Facility 2010-02-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site constructed, drilling had not commenced at the time of the inspection.
1865030 Primary Facility 2010-02-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite at the time of the inspection. Pit had more than the two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation on the site or access road at the time of the inspection. The operator should evlauate the access road and site erosion controls as the weather improves to insure they continue to function properly. During moving the rig off-site and any susbequent heavy truck traffic the operator should inspect the access road and place additional rock as neccesary. The operator should also have a plow/broom truck available to address any mud which might be transported onto Route 85.
