<!--== Stimulation Data ==
| Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection.  Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition.  Site had been regraded, and the fill and cut slopes had vegetation which met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.  There were several small erosion ditches observed on the fill slope side of the well pad.  The Department is requesting that the to address this issue the operator scarify the unvegetated portion and seed & mulch the remainder of the well pad to alleviate the runoff causing the minor erosion.
