The rock was to be added to the sediment trap along the western edge of the site and the soil pile was to be disbursed as fill and mulched. E&S controls delineated by the on-site E&S plan appear adequate to control erosion. The perimeter silt fence was installed. No erosion issues were evident.
2145543 Primary Facility 2013-02-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site was being drilled at time of inspection. Drill cuttings were evident in the flowback pit which had adequate freeboard. E&S controls were installed according to the on-site E&S plan. No evidence of erosion was noted. Department suggests the Operator continue to maintain the access road to prevent transport of sediment to the adjacent road.

No leakage of drilling fluids or residual waste to the environment was evident. Brine tank and production equipment had been transported to the site and were being erected. Well head was being attached. E&S controls appeared to be properly installed. No erosion issues were evident.
2159691 Primary Facility 2013-04-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was not ongoing at the time of the inspection. Site and access road controls had been implemented properly and there was no observed evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. Drill pit located onsite and it contained cuttings and fluids. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Noted in the E&S plan the soils information indicates that cuttings encapsulation could not be performed and meet the Chapter 78.62 requirements. WQS Higgins spoke via phone with the operator and the information obtained which outlines encapsulation can be performed is being compiled to be forwarded to WQS Higgins.

Drill pit located onsite and it contained drill cuttings and minimal fluids. The pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Site and access road erosion controls appeared to be functioning properly and there was no evidence observed of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.

Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded and the vegetation had taken hold and met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
