2812052 Primary Facility 2018-12-06 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine, post-plugging, inspection of this uncompleted conventional well was conducted December 6, 2018. At the time of inspection, the well has a 7" x 2" candy cane vent pipe 4' high with a marker plated erected atop 7" surface casing as a plugged well monument. There was no visible or audible venting at the vent pipe. No gas was detected at the mouth of the vent with an Altair 5x gas meter.
