Pit had more than the two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation on the site or access road at the time of the inspection. The operator should evlauate the access road and site erosion controls as the weather improves to insure they continue to function properly. During moving the rig off-site and any susbequent heavy truck traffic the operator should inspect the access road and place additional rock as neccesary.
