Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1919384 2010-10-13 No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed. Noted a portion of the below grade pit liner was held up by two hooks through the liner and a rope attached to the hooks and subsequently a tree stump. This is not the appropriate manner in which to insure the pit liner does not fall down into the pit. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
2062701 2012-04-24 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed in October of 2010. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been properly restored and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. WQS Higgins observed several erosion ditches that were beginning to form on the access road. If left unaddressed these ditches will develop into a more significant erosion issue and affect the passability of the access road.
