Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1919384 Primary Facility 2010-10-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed. Noted a portion of the below grade pit liner was held up by two hooks through the liner and a rope attached to the hooks and subsequently a tree stump. This is not the appropriate manner in which to insure the pit liner does not fall down into the pit. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
2062701 Primary Facility 2012-04-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed in October of 2010. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been properly restored and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. WQS Higgins observed several erosion ditches that were beginning to form on the access road. If left unaddressed these ditches will develop into a more significant erosion issue and affect the passability of the access road.
