0452410023 | 2013-07-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is closed. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank and a 100 BBL brine tank. A heat treated separator is outside of the tank battery with the proper spacing. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. |
0954637498 | 2012-05-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today found a plunger lift system well in good repair. The tank battery has one 210 barrel production tank, one 100 barrel brine tank in it. The dike is starting to weather and the operator will be notified to monitor and repair as needed. The dike drain needs a shut off valve or cap installed on the outlet. The separator is a heat treat unit. Equipment spacing is correct at the location. |
1334313163 | 2017-03-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The last reported production for this well shows the records to be up to date. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a heater treater separator. The separator was located outside of the dike and had open valves, equipped with a chart that showed production. Proper spacing between the production tanks and separator were observed. Tank valves were equipped with equipped with flat plugs. The 100 BBL brine tank was starting to rust through and holes had formed near the top of the tank. The tank battery was diked and the signage needed to be updated to reflect the new owner information. The lease access was stable. I contacted John Magnuson from David Oil Company about removing and replacing the 100 BBL tank and updating the signage. |
1395908440 | 2007-08-13 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Well head is installed. One 210 and one 100 BBL tank one site, heat treat separator on site, spacing is good. Vegetation is established. Lease road is stable and constructed out of durable material. |

1524621620 | 2012-05-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | On 5/10/2012, I performed a production well inspection status check with DNR Inspectors Tom Hill and Mike Dinsmore. My inspection found the well head was a plunger lift unit (rabbit), that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 210 barrel oil storage tank with the proper identification posted, one 100 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There was a 2 drain running through the dike wall, please refer to DNR Tom Hills inspection report for the violation status. |
