| Spoke with Jeff Glossa from PDC at 3:29 pm.  We spoke about the preliminary restoration on this well and another (p# 3603).  I told him that it was past due and needed to be completed as soon as possible.  I also made mention of the lack of vegetation and erosion problems.  He stated that PDC's environmental compliance person had been on scene and was evaluating the situation.  He then stated that he would have Randal Ferguson call me.  He also works with their environmental department. Mr. Glossa also reported that he had been in contact with Columbus as far as the completion of the well and had submitted all necessary paperwork.
