| Had call from Ron Grosjean about a lightening strike and clean up. The tank was hit and about 3 to 5 barrels of oil ran down a field tile into a intermittent stream. They have booms in place and have set up sumps and dikes in front of the oil .The entire amount has been contained and most of the clean up has already  taken place .Met clean up crew on site and collected photos and G.P.S reading of where spill started and where it entered the intermittent stream. The stream is two to three ft  wide at the largest point and less than one ft at most points .It is several inches deep for the most part.
