| On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR staff and Production Supervisor Rodney Boron, I witnessed that the well was equipped with Cameron casing and tubing wellheads along with a Christmas tree valve assembly and a sand trap controlled manually to a 300bbl frac tank in containment. Production equipment included a GPS Unit, a compressor unit, dehydrator unit, and a fuel skid. Tank battery consisted of 8-500bbl tanks and 2 let down towers all within containment. Also on site were 4 combustors and a pig launcher. The site passed preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
