| My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit.  It was surrounded by a locked chain link fence with the proper identification sign.  The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator.  It was surrounded by a locked chain link fence and the proper dike.  The proper identification sign was posted.  The separator had a 7 day production chart.  This well shares a tank battery location with permit number 3731 and an Everflow Eastern Inc. well: 2-3141.  The lease road was in great condition with crushed limestone.  The production records were up to date on our database.  This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.

| I was on location for a status check inspection.  I found during my inspection the well in production with a plunger lift unit.  The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator.  There was a dike surrounding the tank battery.  Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery.  There was a plug on the load line.  Locked, chain link fences with barb wire surrounded the tank battery and well.  The tank battery was shared with permit number 2-3731.  An Everflow tank battery was located in the same fenced area; however, both tank batteries had separate dikes.  The lease road was well maintained with crushed limestone.  The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
