+ | | My visit to this well was to perform a status check on the well. This is a rabbit well and the well head is enclosed inside chain link fence and the entry gates are secured with locks. There is no evidence of leakage in the well head area and it is neat and clean. The tank battery is enclosed in chain link fence and consists of one 140 BBL storage tank with caps secure and a vent system is installed to include a charcoal filter system. There is one 50 BBL Brine tank. There is a vertical separator and a metering run inside the unit. There are pick up lines installed and they are secured with locks and bull plugs. No violations were discovered and the inspection is passed.

+ | | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. Access to the well and battery are via a short, dedicated access road adjacent to the referenced house. The wellhead plunger lift and battery are in separate chain-link enclosures. At the time of my inspection, the enclosure gates are locked, load-outs are plugged, secure, and locked, and connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or other problems. The well and battery are located in an area which grades to the east, towards an irrigation holding pond for the former Acacia Country Club golf course. At the time of this inspection, the surrounding areas are snow-covered. I did not observe any signs of impact relating to the on-going production activity at the time of this inspection.

+ | | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is comprised of a mechanical plunger lift system in a chain-link enclosure. Valves and connections are free from signs of leakage and appear functional. Areas surrounding the well area well maintained and free from signs of impact. The well is producing and production reports are current. Signage is present. The tank battery in a separate chain-link enclosure. The fittings and connections within the tank battery are free from leaks. The secondary containment is intact and the interior is free of signs of leaks, spills, or other problems. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The gate is secure.

| The producing wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift and is located in a locked chain-link fence. The associated tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, and separator. The battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure. Load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. Secondary containment is missing along the eastern downslope side. The battery needs safety equipment (LPR valve, spark arrestor, carbon filter). There is a skid-mounted compressor unit outside the battery. The knockout valve has been allowed to drain on the ground during periodic maintenance I will discuss the items with Ralph Gregory of Bass Energy. | | The producing wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift and is located in a locked chain-link fence.
