| Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection.  Below grade pit located onsite at the time of the inspection.  Pit had more than the two feet of lined freeboard.  Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation on the site or access road at the time of the inspection.  The operator should evlauate the access road and site erosion controls as the weather improves to insure they continue to function properly.  During moving the rig off-site and any susbequent heavy truck traffic the operator should inspect the access road and place additional rock as neccesary.  The operator should also have a plow/broom truck available to address any mud which might be transported onto Route 85.
