Crews were on site prepping for the frac.  Water trucks were delivering water.  The access road was in good condition.  Site ID was present.  E&S controls were in place according to the ESCGP-1.  No spills/ leaks or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.  The impoundment was constructed.  The berms were hydroseeded.  The impoundment was surrounded by a 6﾿ security fence and was currently being filled.  Water transfer pumps were on secondary containment.

The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.

Bmp's installed were functioning according to the E&S plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted on site or the access road. The hillsides had been stabilized and had good growth with at least 70% vegetation. The fresh water impoundment was visually inspected and was found to be in good shape with no evidence of leakage.
