The Department arrived on-site at approximately 12:00 AM. There are 2 wells drilled and in production on this pad, the 1H and 2H. The pad is equipped with the standard equipment associated with steady state production. A water truck was collecting produced fluid from the production tanks during the inspection. No other activity is occurring at this pad. I spent approximately 5 minutes at each corner of the well pad and did not detect any malodors. No E&S issues were observed during this inspection.
