1368036377 2016-05-31 Final Restoration No Violations Kilbargers came today and emptied out the pit and completed the final restoration. This well will be vaulted and vented on the side of the new Portsmouth Bypass when completed. I am doing the final restoration today since the well will be covered up within the week. I was at the site until Kilbargers left and the contractor for the bypass said everything was good to go.
1717822820 2016-05-26 Plug / Plug Back No Violations This well was discovered by ODOT. The well is within the fill area of a portion of the bypass. The well was determined to be 440 deep. Kilbarger plugged the well using tubing ran to 420. Formation Cementing ran class A cement to 10 below the top of the 6 casing. An 8 conductor was located during the excavation to cut off the 6 pipe. I instructed Kilbargers to pull the conductor. This work will be done on 5-27-16.
