This well will be vaulted and vented on the side of the new Portsmouth Bypass when completed. I am doing the final restoration today since the well will be covered up within the week. I was at the site until Kilbargers left and the contractor for the bypass said everything was good to go. |

Kilbarger plugged the well using tubing ran to 420. Formation Cementing ran class A cement to 10 below the top of the 6 casing. An 8 conductor was located during the excavation to cut off the 6 pipe. I instructed Kilbargers to pull the conductor. This work will be done on 5-27-16. |
