1203265697 | 2018-11-26 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead and tank battery fenced with board on board fencing and the man doors locked. The wellhead is equipped with 2.375 tubing and rods and is operating with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. A gauge indicates 60psi on the 4.5 production casing port. This well produces to a diked tank battery on location containing two (2) 140 barrel tanks, a 35 barrel poly tank, and a horizontal separator. The thirty one day chart indicates a differential production pressure of 45psi and there is a Dominion Roots meter run inside the battery. The tank hatch lids are sealed and the tanks are vented through a 42 gallon charcoal filter. The required ID signage is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations. |
1776045001 | 2008-09-17 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Intrepid Well Service was on site to remove the down hole pump. The tank battery has been relocated and built. I requested a revised aerial showing the new tank batteryl location. I also told Cutter to remove the dike drain which currently discharges directly into an adjoining creek. |
2068662266 | 2008-08-06 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Unable to get the conductor casing in the 15 dia. hole. Pulled the conductor casing and reamed the well bore with a 17 dia. bit. |
