| 1059156477 | 2015-02-12 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I received phone call from Drilling Superintendent David Newman at 20:17 on 2/12/15 stating that they tripped in and drilled out float equipment and tried to circulate the wellbore and was unable. At that time the plan was to trip out of hole and re-install landing joint and try to gain circulation. I received second call at 22:09 that they had gained circulation and was preparing to cement the intermediate string. I stated that a casing integrity test would be required due to the float equipment being drilled out prior to cementing. Schlumberger gained circulation with 25bbls of gel followed by 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 890 sacks of Class A 15.6ppg, 1.23cuft/sack cement. Cement returns of 50bbls to surface was reported. Upon arrival for test Nomac Drilling Rig #72 had drilled out cement and was preparing for FIT.
