I was on location to witness Universal Cement Company set the 13 3/8 casing with 1417 sacks of cement. Operator used 9 centralizers. They had good circulation and had 45 bbls of cement returns. They locked in at 700psi for 5 minutes with no issues.

Witnessed the cementing of the surface casing. Good circulation and good returns were observed. 341 ft of 20 in casing was ran in 368 ft of 24 in hole. About 20 plus barrels of returns were observed at the surface. Spoke with drilling consultant on site.

I arrived on location for a site inspection. Express Energy was grouting the mousehole, and Dave Gray stated they will let it sit for 12 hours before they resume drilling the surface casing hole. There are no issues to report at this time.

I met PDC's EH&S specialist Tony Long, out on location today. The liner was cut in the corner of the location exposing one of the pad drainage vaults. They are going to move the vehicles on top of the spot and check the vault and repair the liner this week. Tony will call me when they are ready to perform job.

PDC is currently on Stage 14 of their completion operation. The average treating pressure has been around 7500-8000 psi at 80 bbls/min. Breakdown pressure for this stage was witnessed at 7310'.

PDC has removed all of the completion equipment off location and the wells are currently producing flowback water. The dike has been constructed and consists of six 500bbl tanks. Energy Services Corporation was installing equipment at the wellhead in order to monitor the surface casing pressures, and H & L Services was unloading flowback from one of the tanks.
