-814692657 2013-06-11 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1256306382 2009-10-21 Tank battery dike has a trench cut into it approximately 2 feet wide, to allow for drainage. Took pictures of site and sent e-mail with pictures to Summit requesting dike to be repaired. Called Bill Kinney left message requesting dike to be repaired. Lease road was stable.
1565492998 2010-03-17 Dike has been repaired. Drain pipe has been installed in the dike. At the time of inspection cap was off of the drain pipe. Replaced cap at the time of inspection. Tubing at the well head is approximately 50% pipe is rusting, compression ring on the well head is approximately 50% rusted through.
