-1580201241 2013-08-21 On the day of my inspection I found that the location was graded and planted with well established grassland vegetation. All drilling equipment and debris had been removed from the site. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit. There were no leaks or spills and there were no signs of erosion. This site passes preliminary restoration.
-1642366876 2012-09-06 On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a swedge and ball valve that was closed. The pits were still open, but the fluid level was low and the liners were not sagging or torn. Some well casing was still at the site.
-1905766635 2012-08-08 On the day of my inspection I found that the rig was fishing out a lost bit at approximately 2400'. The drill stem broke off one foot above the collar. The rig crew was successful at fishing the bit from the well. A new drill stem and 6.5" bit was equipped and the rig was drilling at 2475' when I left the location. The permit was displayed in the shack, there were no sags or tears in the pit liners and there were no leaks or spills.
1134107925 2012-11-14 On the day of my inspection I found that the drilling pit was closed and the location was graded out to the approximate original contour. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. This well shares a tank battery with permits 7146 and 7160. No violations at this time.

1345752985 2012-08-23 I was on location to witness the cement job on the production casing. Wheeler Drilling drilled a 6.5" hole to 3020' and set 5.5" casing at 3019.8'. Cemenco broke circulation and pumped 25 sx of class A cement, landed plug, pressured up to 500 psi and released.
