0584658806 2012-07-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling cable tool rig was drilling a 6-1/2 hole at a depth of 1030. The permit was posted, there were no leaks or spills and there were no sags or tears in the pit liner. No violations at this time.
1134107925 2012-11-14 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the drilling pit was closed and the location was graded out to the approximate original contour. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. This well shares a tank battery with permits 7146 and 7160. No violations at this time.
