-1273868557 2014-02-27 I met the landowner Jim Flynn out at his property to inspect three wells. This well is equipped with a pumpjack with it head disconnected and laying on the ground. It was still attached to the rods. There is contamination from the stuffing box all around the wellhead. The valves were open and the landowner stated Andy Corp was out there in October repairing the leaking stuffing box. The flow line and electric line run through the creek down below and both are exposed in the water and in danger of breaking from debris. I talked with the field supervisor Jody Jasper and he said they would get on all of these problems this week. Operator must remove and properly dispose of all contamination and repair or replace any faulty equipment. 9-1-07
