-1512658150 2013-05-02 FOLLOW UP TO CA #818395417: On the day of my inspection I found that the leak had been stopped and all of the contaminated soil and gravel had been removed from inside of the dike. This violation is resolved.
818395417 2013-04-18 On the day of my inspection I found that the tank battery consisted of four 100 barrel stock tanks, two separators and an earthen dike. The equipment was heavily rusted and the bull plug in the load line was leaking. I found an area of oil-soaked soil approximately 2 to 3 feet in diameter at the plug. The center of the contaminated area was pooled with water. I conducted a field titration test on the water with a low range Quantab. The water tested at 239 ppm for chlorides. Fix the leak and remove all contaminated soil from inside the dike. 9-1-07
