0818395417 2013-04-18 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection I found that the tank battery consisted of four 100 barrel stock tanks, two separators and an earthen dike. The equipment was heavily rusted and the bull plug in the load line was leaking. I found an area of oil-soaked soil approximately 2 to 3 feet in diameter at the plug. The center of the contaminated area was pooled with water. I conducted a field titration test on the water with a low range Quantab. The water tested at 239 ppm for chlorides. Fix the leak and remove all contaminated soil from inside the dike.
1120440535 2016-10-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The engine and drive belts were intact and the gas line was connected. The polished rod showed signs of recent use. The flow lines were all connected at the wellhead. The tubing valve to the flow line was open. The casing valve to the flow line was closed. The other casing valve to the gas lines was partially opened. One line went to the engine, and the other line went to a T fitting which connected with a line from the number 1 well and a line running in the direction of Mr. Richards home. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or pumping unit. There was no identification at the wellhead. The tank battery is shared with the number 1 well, permit 3253, and consisted of three 100 barrel steel tanks and two vertical separators in an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted on the tanks for both wells. I found no leaks or spills around the production equipment. I spoke with John Richards who said that he would get identification posted at the wellhead. There are no production numbers reported for 2015.
1512658150 2013-05-02 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOW UP TO CA #818395417: On the day of my inspection I found that the leak had been stopped and all of the contaminated soil and gravel had been removed from inside of the dike. This violation is resolved.
