1357229771 2012-12-17 The unit is comprised of a two-tank battery (1 210-barrel production and 1 100-barrel brine) and a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift, and mechanical separator, each in separate wood board-on-board enclosures. The well is currently in production. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. The tank battery secondary containment is adequate although the dike drain is open. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. The gates are locked. I called Tim Reilly with Great Plains and advised him about the open dike drain. He advised that the item would be addressed by the pumper.
